It's been a quiet day here in the little house that hubby and I call home so I've wiled away some time going through files on my computer and came across some little snippets I'd long ago saved, and thought you might like them too. You might even like to print one of these quotes on a t-shirt one day ... or you might not ... never mind, they tickled my funny bone and if you have issues with mobility I'm pretty sure you'll see the funny side of these (especially if you imagine wearing one of these on a t-shirt):
>> Where there's a wheel there's a way
>> It's ok, you can't catch it
>> Walking, difficult - Hearing, fine
>> I'm only in it for the parking
Plus, I quite like Dr Seuss and his way with words, and in particular the verse below speaks a lot of sense to clumsy footed me. It is a little motivational I suppose but, can you relate to it too?:
A favourite little verse from Dr Seuss:
… so be sure when you step
step with care and great tact
and remember that life's
a great balancing act.
Just never forget to be dexterous and deft
and never mix up your right foot with your left.
And will you succeed?
Yes! You will, indeed!
